Whole30 Day 2

Today was great! I didn’t have a headache anymore and felt full and satisfied between my meals. I resisted a lot of temptations at school-banana bread, cupcakes, and pretzel m’ms and after deciding that “No, I can’t have that and I don’t want it–it does absolutely nothing for my body,” I felt good!

Here’s what I ate today:

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 2 egg omelet stuffed with bell pepper, spinach, and black olives, topped with guacamole and salsa

with some organic coffee mixed with coconut milk

Lunch: salad with spinach, arugula, carrots, topped with chicken salad: shredded chicken, mayo, red onion, grapes, raisins and a side fruit salad of blueberries, strawberries and shredded coconut (unsweetened!)

Dinner: asparagus steamed with coconut oil sprinkled with garlic salt, roasted acorn squash, steak with chimichurri sauce (parsley, oregano, olive oil, garlic, red wine vinegar, onion blended in food processor)
